Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
Customized or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Return and exchange details
Any unused, non-custom order is refundable or exchangeable if the return/exchange is made within 5 days of order receipt. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. The price will be refunded via PayPal after receiving the product and inspecting it.

The time of production and preparation of the shipment varies from item to item, especially when ordering a personal design. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, please contact us for any requests or questions.
The cost of a courier to the house is 30 NIS. Free home delivery on purchases over NIS 300.
Self-pickup: You can pick up the item you purchased at our studio in Tel Aviv by prior arrangement by phone at 0542233578 Yoland, address: Hayarkon 169 Tel Aviv, Atarim Square.
